Warranty Claim
Claiming Warranty:
To claim under the warranty, it is necessary for customers to submit their claims in writing via email to the following address: info@nilnook.co.uk. Customers will be promptly informed about the further course of the complaint process upon receipt of their inquiry. See right of withdrawal.
Claiming on a Gift:
Regarding gifts where one customer (Customer 1) purchases from us and gives the product to another customer (Customer 2), a warranty claim is only possible if Customer 2 possesses all relevant purchase data from Customer 1. This information includes the email address, order number, name, shipping address, and invoice details. It is important that these details remain unchanged and are adopted in the same manner for the claim.
Documentation Requirement:
A warranty claim can only be made if the customer attaches clear photos to their request. In this context, "clarity" means that the photos must enable a clear identification of the size and color of the product in question, as well as the underlying defect.
Note on Warranty Assurance:
Consumers have the choice to claim their legally regulated buyer's rights due to defects in the purchased item without asserting warranty claims, including rectification, withdrawal, reduction in price, or compensation for damages. The corresponding limitation periods also apply.
Liability:
This warranty statement does not grant claims for compensation for consequential damages of any kind or other claims for damages.
Exclusion Period and Limitation:
Claims under the warranty must be made immediately, but no later than two weeks after the occurrence of the damage. After this period, the enforcement of rights from the warranty is excluded. The limitation of claims from the warranty occurs six months after the expiration of the warranty period.
