We offer free shipping, including tracking, across the United Kingdom.
All orders are processed within 1 to 3 business days (excluding weekends and public holidays) after receiving your order confirmation via email. You will receive another notification once your order has been dispatched. Once your payment is received, your order will be forwarded to our shipping partner for processing.

Delivery Times
Please note that deliveries do not take place on Sundays or public holidays.
If your order includes items with different delivery times, we will ship them in separate packages unless otherwise agreed. The delivery times will depend on the items ordered.
At this time, we do not deliver to PO Boxes or Parcel Lockers. Please note that once an order has been placed, we cannot make changes or cancellations. If you have any questions after receiving your order, please contact us at info@hikecare.co.uk.
Delayed or Lost Orders
Please ensure you provide the correct shipping address when placing your order. We cannot be held responsible for missing packages sent to an incorrect address or delivered to a neighbour or nearby location at your request.
Any discrepancies regarding missing or lost items must be reported to us in writing via email at info@hikecare.co.uk. We can only issue refunds or replacements for lost items 14 business days after the shipping date, once the courier has classified the package as lost.
Orders Marked as Delivered but Not Received
If your tracking shows that the package has been delivered but you have not received it, this may be due to the delivery being made to a workplace or alternative location. In some cases, your parcel may have been delivered to a post office or a colleague who signed for it on your behalf.
In these cases, you can request proof of delivery on the courier’s website by filling out a signature request form.
Please note that we cannot offer refunds or replacements for shipments that are marked as delivered. For this reason, we recommend choosing a secure delivery address.
Why Was My Order Cancelled?
If your order was unexpectedly cancelled, it is likely that our fraud detection system flagged it as fraudulent. If you believe this is an error, please ensure that your billing address matches the payment method used, and try checking out again. Alternatively, you can place your order using a PayPal account. If you do not have a PayPal account, you can easily create one at www.PayPal.com.
Additional Charges
Please note that we are not responsible for any customs fees, import duties, or taxes associated with returns. You are responsible for all costs related to returning your order. We recommend using a tracked shipping method or requesting proof of postage, as we cannot refund lost returns.
Faulty Items
