Returns & Refunds
We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return by mail.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately within 48 hours of receiving the product if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. Here is our email: info@HikeCare.co.uk.
If the goods are faulty, please provide us with:
- a video of the defect, and
- the order number (e.g., #12484)
Exchanges
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you want to exchange it for the same item, contact us at info@HikeCare.co.uk.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 5-10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
If your return is accepted, we’ll send you the warehouse address in Macedonia, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted. We do not cover the return shipping costs.

The right of withdrawal does not apply to contracts:
- for the supply of goods that are not prefabricated and for the manufacture of which an individual choice or determination by the consumer is decisive or which are clearly tailored to the personal needs of the consumer;
- for the supply of goods that can spoil quickly or whose expiration date would quickly be exceeded;
- for the delivery of alcoholic beverages, the price of which was agreed upon at the time of the contract conclusion, but which can only be delivered 30 days after the conclusion of the contract and whose current value depends on fluctuations in the market over which the entrepreneur has no influence;
- for the delivery of newspapers, periodicals, or magazines with the exception of subscription contracts.
The right of withdrawal expires prematurely for contracts:
- for the delivery of sealed goods which are not suitable for return for reasons of health protection or hygiene if their seal has been removed after delivery;
- for the delivery of goods if they are, after delivery, according to their nature, inseparably mixed with other items;
- for the delivery of sound or video recordings or computer software in a sealed package if the seal has been removed after delivery.

Restocking and Return Shipping Fees
Refund is possible 24h after orders, as after 24 hours the order is fulfilled and shipped.
There are no restocking fees. We send the items to you with free shipping, but we do not offer free return shipping to our warehouse in Romania.
This applies when the customer has purchased the wrong product, it does not fit, or they no longer want the item:
For defective products, no shipping costs are charged. We will send you a new product at our expense. If the customer forces the return by refusing or not picking up the goods, they bear the costs incurred for the return. We do not cover the cost of return shipping unless the goods are faulty. These costs will be deducted from the refund amount. If an exchange is desired, the customer must bear the return shipping costs. The internal efforts for an exchange are free of charge for all customers.
This happens when the product is incorrect, damaged by the carrier, or otherwise defective:
For faulty goods or incorrect deliveries, we will send you a new product at our expense.
PAYMENT POLICY
Credit card payments are charged at the time of purchase regardless of the delivery date.
